01 Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Magnum4D (magnum4d.biz) and its members. Magnum4D is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

02 Account Registration

Registration on Magnum4D is completely free. Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings held in those accounts will be forfeited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Magnum4D platform. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Magnum4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly if:

• There is a suspected breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification fails or incorrect information is found.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• The member submits a request to close their own account.
